Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a vocational or technical training program in welding and fabrication is preferred
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and metalworking tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical strength and stamina to handle materials and operate equipment
