Job Description
The Chief Medical and Research Officer (CMRO) will provide strategic leadership for the Medicine & Research division, reporting to the CEO. This role involves managing the Statistics, Translational Research, and Data Management departments, developing medical standards, and conducting clinical studies. The position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development.
Requirements
- Medical licence and at least 10 years' experience in a clinical role
- At least three years of management experience in a scientific or medical environment
- Proven experience in developing medical standards, guidelines and quality processes
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in an international environment
- German and English fluency
