Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department's day-to-day operations and implement strategies aligned with our Agency's mission and HR standards. As the HR Manager, you will be the bridge between management and employees, focusing on performance, compliance, and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- CPHR designation is preferred
- Experience implementing new HR programs or leading HR process improvement
