SUBSTANCE USE COUNSELOR - OCALA, FL

Gateway Foundation is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to provide essential clinical services in Corrections. This role involves conducting client interviews, assessing treatment responses, providing counseling, and collaborating with clients to promote recovery and positive life changes. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a helping profession
• Current certification in a relevant field (CAP, MCAP, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW/LMFT preferred)
• Ability to obtain Florida Department of Corrections clearance for work in correctional institutions.
• Basic knowledge of human growth and psychosocial development.
