Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience leading strategic or operational workforce planning activities
- Ability to identify complex themes, findings, and suggestions/recommendations
- Ability to function independently
- Easily adaptable and receptive to change
- Proficient at handling tasks under demanding time constraints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in personnel scheduling and rostering
- Knowledge of union regulations and labor legislations
- Fluent in written and verbal English language
- Strong communication skills
