Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and engaged Chef to join our Catering team at our facilities in Mascot, Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing food items according to approved specifications and recipes, and will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
Requirements
- Experience working in a bulk cooking environment is highly desirable
- Experience working in a food manufacturing department is preferable but not essential
- Vocational training in culinary and related hygiene course is highly desirable
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster
