Manager, Engineering

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Employer Experience team, responsible for leading our client-facing web and backend development team. This role requires 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience and 2+ years of managing engineering teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience
• 2+ years of managing engineering teams
• Familiarity with web application development, API design, and cloud infrastructure like AWS
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset
• A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
• A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
