Job Description
Garner is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Consultant Relations VP to manage relationships with large broker and consulting firms nationally. This role involves relationship management, business development, and day-to-day execution to scale Garner’s core business and impact its growth. The company focuses on value-driven healthcare solutions to reduce costs for providers and consumers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting
- 5+ years of consultant/broker relationship management experience
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Knowledge of major employer health benefit consultant/broker firms (Acrisure, CBIZ, NFP)
- Desire to work in a startup environment
- Passion for improving the healthcare system
