We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Security Systems Division in Sainte-Thérèse. The role involves taking care of incoming and outgoing calls and emails from clients, resolving questions and problems on the first contact, and strengthening client loyalty.
Requirements
- Communicate professionally on calls and establish a trusting relationship with clients
- Guide clients experiencing dissatisfaction and update client files
- Foster client loyalty by presenting new products and/or services
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions or in a call center
