ECAM is looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to manage customer queries, build reporting, and maintain high performance levels. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in BPO and North American clients.

- Computer literate and excellent knowledge/willingness to learn of video monitoring software
