• Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to facilities and ensure service is of the highest standards

• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff
• Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of post specifications, client policies, and regulations
• Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements
