Requirements

• Secretarial Support to the Group Chief Communications & ESG Officer
• Manage internal and external meeting schedules, appointments and end-to-end travel arrangements.
• Assist with the processing of claims and reimbursements.
• Facilitate the document approval flow, ensuring urgent files are signed and returned promptly.
• Office Administration: Assist with general office upkeep and inventory.
• Act as the primary host for the department, welcoming guests, offering refreshments, and notifying team members of arrivals.
• Ensure meeting rooms are fully prepared prior to appointments.
• Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for department records and invoices.
• Event Support and Logistics: Assist with event logistics, including venue research, catering coordination, and material preparation.
• Manage guest lists and RSVPs for corporate events.
• Provide on-site support during events.
