Job Description
Ensures all precast concrete products meet required quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory guidelines. Leads and manages the QA/QC Department to support precast manufacturing.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of QAQC working experience in precast or concrete manufacturing
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 knowledge
- Strong understanding of concrete technology, reinforcement detailing, and precast workflows
- Strong managerial, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
