Engineer - Site

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and managing the execution of civil, structural, and architectural works in accordance with approved designs and specifications. This role supports the Construction Manager and team in planning construction activities, resolving site issues, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of works.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of construction practices for high-specification infrastructure such as data centres.
• Familiarity with design coordination and technical drawing reviews.
• Experience working under fast-track schedules and in high-compliance environments.
• Good knowledge of QMS and documentation requirements.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented approach to interface coordination (especially with M&E).
• Problem-solving skills for on-site construction challenges.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Able to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
