Sr. Survey Project Manager responsible for managing teams of office and field staff, overseeing day-to-day survey operations, and providing high-level survey services. Proficient in land surveying principles, current survey technology, and software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Requirements

• Proficient in land surveying principles and practices
• Previous experience managing teams of office and field staff
• Knowledgeable of current survey technology and equipment
• Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other survey-related programs
• Previous experience in hiring, coaching, mentoring, and delegating responsibility to less-senior level staff
• Experience in creating and analyzing property boundaries, topographic and ALTA surveys, and performing construction surveying and layout services
