Job Description
The Community Care Network / Rutland Mental Health Services is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to oversee and manage its human resources strategy. This role involves shaping and executing HR policies, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring employee engagement and growth. The CHRO will be a key member of the Senior Leader Team, serving as a strategic partner in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits management.
Requirements
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive human resources strategy.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, performance management, compensation, benefits, culture development, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a criminal history background check.
