Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a motivated Bilingual Leasing Professional to be the face of the community, building relationships with residents and driving leasing success. The role involves enhancing community engagement, driving leasing success, supporting operational excellence, and contributing to financial performance. The position requires strong customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Yardi, and CRM systems
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
