Job Description
Creekside at Pear Ridge Apartments is seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Technician to ensure a high-quality living environment for residents. The role involves repair, preventative maintenance, and customer service, contributing to resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the property's success. The technician will also be responsible for prompt response to service requests and adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance and make-ready experience in multifamily housing.
- Valid driver’s license.
- HVAC certification OR EPA certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
