We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our Trinity Square Apartments team. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and manage renewals.

Requirements

• Proficient in Leasing and Assistant Property Manager experience
• Passion for assisting others
• Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals
• Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM
• English and Spanish fluency
