Job Description
Oversee daily shipping operational activities and ensure seamless coordination with multiple stakeholders while effectively managing departmental P&L responsibilities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years' proven experience in shipping agency services
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage departmental P&L
- Proven capability to operate under pressure while maintaining focus on project milestones and deliverables
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability
- Comprehensive knowledge of international shipping operations and marine-related business practices
