CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL

We are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our team in Piraeus, Greece. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for confirming freight bookings and tracking orders, working closely with the Sales Department to manage customer accounts, and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• BSc or equivalent degree
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
• Ability to effectively use MS Office 365 applications
