Construction Supervisor

GAC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Manage and supervise the construction crew
• Communicate with Construction Managers and clients
• Ensure safety regulations and construction standards are being followed
• Collaborate with the purchasing department
• Develop construction plans and schedules
• Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors
• Coordinate with the Project Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management as a Supervisor
• OSHA 30 certification or similar safety certification
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
