Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in residential property management, preferably in a management level role.
- Confident in taking ownership of the full financial performance of the asset.
- Passionate about recruiting, managing, and developing all on-site positions.
- Experienced in marketing and advertising apartment homes in compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Committed to developing positive relationships with other communities and departments.
