Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in residential property management, preferably in a management level role
• Confident in taking ownership of the full financial performance of the asset
• Passionate about recruiting, managing, and developing all on-site positions
• Experienced in marketing and advertising apartment homes
• Committed to developing positive relationships with other communities and departments
• Eager to build relationships with and manage the sales and service teams
