G2IT is seeking a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) to support client facing ServiceNow support for ITSM and a ServiceDesk. The CSA will work as a team member on large and complex programs to ensure end-to-end automated solutions are successfully operated and maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree
- US Citizenship
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Formal Agile training
- IAT Level II CSWF Certification
- ITILv3 or ITILv4 foundations certificate
- Secret clearance
- 5+ years of ServiceNow technical experience
- 2+ years as a Systems Administrator in a Large (10,000+) end-user environment
