Press Operator/Die Setter

The company is seeking experienced Press Operators or Tool Room Helpers to set up, operate, and maintain robotic and press equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and adherence to safety procedures. Candidates are encouraged to expand their skills and embrace a learning-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Experience as a Press Operator or Tool Room Helper is preferred
• Familiarity with hydraulic press machines, progressive dies, and robotic press lines is a plus
• Experience with performing die repairs and changeovers is a plus
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
