Job Description
G&W Equipment is seeking a driven and competitive sales professional to join their team as a Territory Manager. This role involves developing new business within a greater Raleigh area, selling industrial equipment, and building strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will drive both customer satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in material handling, construction, or a related B2B industry
- Proven success in developing and managing a sales territory
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of basic financial principles and margins
- Persistent and self-motivated, with a high sense of urgency
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems
