Job Description
G&W Equipment is a family-owned dealership for CAT, Mitsubishi, and Jungheinrich Forklifts and aerial lifts. They are seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on material handling equipment. The role involves traveling to customer sites and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Understanding of hydraulic systems and their components
- Previous experience working on forklifts, heavy equipment, tractors, or similar machinery
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable using technology for diagnostics
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
