Job Description
G Mining Ventures is seeking an Engineering Superintendent to join our team. Reporting to the Mine Manager, this role is responsible for all technical aspects of the open-pit and in the future underground mining operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8-12 years of mining operation and engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Registered Professional Engineer of Ontario or eligible to obtain registration
- Proficiency in mining software such as Deswik, MineSight, or Surpac and Civil 3D Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of the Mining Act related to mine operations
- Strong leadership, supervision, and strategic planning capabilities
