Job Description
We are seeking a Payments Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking, and be proficient in Excel, with a strong understanding of payment transaction processing principles.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking
- Strong understanding of payment transaction processing principles
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation involving payment providers, banks, and internal systems
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, structured thinking, and a systematic approach
- Financial education (the profile of Economics, accounting, financial analytics, and business administration is suitable)
- Knowledge of English and Russian
