Client Operations Officer

Join FxPro as a Client Operations Officer and assist clients via live chat, email, and phone while working in shifts 24/5. Deliver proactive, high-quality support and resolve client inquiries efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the FX industry
• University degree or relevant working experience
• Fluent in English; verbally and written. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, customer-first mindset
• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule
