Finance Transformation and MIS Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Transformation and MIS Senior Specialist to join our team. As an expert in insurance, you will be responsible for data analysis, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and more. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements. With a strong background in finance, accounting, and management reporting, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining documents, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions. You will also support project management, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment and collaboration. Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in finance/accounting/management reporting/analysis
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in the insurance industry
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Excel Formulas
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with SQL scripting and SQL server tools
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with (Life Asia) IBM Personal Communications (PCOMM) AS400 Legacy Systems or other similar application
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools used in reporting
• Experience in working collaboratively on projects with various department / functions
• Familiarity with BI tools (such as Microsoft Power BI / Tableau)
