Assistant Manager, Agency Control and Governance, Tied Agency

Act as a compliance specialist representing the Agency Channel with a 1.5-line-of-defense mindset. Assist in compliance reviews, developing educational initiatives, and conducting quality assurance checks to promote a culture of good conduct and achieve business objectives in a compliant manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, finance, law or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in a compliance-related function within the insurance sector
• Understanding of the Code of Conduct, guidelines, and circulars issued by the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, and bilingual drafting skills
• Proactive, result-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office and Power BI
