Requirements
- HBO work and/or thinking level
- Communicatively strong and have a flawless command of the Dutch language
- Clear AI-first mindset
- Extensive experience in customer service
- Experience with making plans and setting goals
- Successful completion of projects or initiatives within the agreed time and budget
- Commercially oriented and make decisions based on numbers and results without losing sight of the customer
- Team player
