We are looking for an experienced financial professional to lead our Financial Administration team in Amsterdam. As a Team Lead Financial Administration, you will be responsible for the complete financial administration of our organization, consisting of six entities.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education in Finance, Business Economics, or Accountancy.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration, including leadership experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial and fiscal legislation.
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as AFAS, Exact, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to switch between operational and strategic modes.
- Natural leadership and the ability to create structure and order.
