Job Description
WMA Assurance is looking for a Senior Assistant Accountant to join their team in Heerenveen, Netherlands. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced auditors and professionals, and will be responsible for performing financial and compliance audits for a variety of clients.
Requirements
- Work with members of the audit team to perform financial and compliance audits for a broad range of clients
- Conduct analytical procedures and test controls to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Prepare control documents, reports, and recommendations
- Evaluate financial statements and assess compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Support the development and maintenance of audit documentation and electronic archiving systems
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve audit processes and procedures
