The Business Controller will be part of the financial function of Tomingroep and report to the Manager Finance & Control. The role involves translating organizational strategy into practical objectives, analyzing and improving processes, and implementing improvements in practice. The Business Controller will work closely with the company office, management team, and financial function to provide advisory and supportive services.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education in the direction of Business Economics
• Experience as an advisor and sparring partner for a management team
• Experience with change trajectories and how to involve colleagues and make them enthusiastic
• Knowledge of and experience with relevant IT systems for the function
