Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Future, you will drive forward holistic user experiences for our clients and coaches, working with leaders to build and sharpen our company brand, and establishing the foundations for how design at Future will operate as we grow.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of consumer product design, information architecture, UX, or a related field
• Experience creating consumer apps with thoughtful design and structure, especially those with interactive motion design elements
• Expert knowledge with consumer products and a high-quality bar
• Solid understanding of the user-centered design process, with a proven ability to deliver projects that achieve business and user goals
• Open to iteration, feedback and experimentation
• Ability to connect design process back to business strategy, and to work with key members across the company to build support
• Experience working cross-functionally and self-sufficiently
• Your own product design portfolio that showcases functionality, clarity, usability, and flow across an overall user experience
