Requirements

• 2–4 years of consulting experience delivering strategic projects
• Proven ability to develop actionable recommendations and influence senior leaders
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skilled facilitator and storyteller
• Strong project management/production coordination skills
• Experience advising on uncertainty, risk, and competitive positioning
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Collaborative mindset
• Highly organized
• Availability to travel
