People Business Partner (HRBP)

This is a primarily HR Business Partner role with additional responsibilities requiring confidence, subject matter expertise, autonomy, and sound judgment. Reporting to the People Operations Director, you will own the day-to-day mechanics of how people join, grow, and move through the business, ensuring full compliance with U.S. employment law and working in close partnership with People Business Partners to align U.S. HR operations with global HR initiatives.

• HR experience in multi-disciplinary HR environments
• Experience supporting teams through change and transformation
• Experience working in partnership with unions
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, or similar)
