Requirements

• Act as the right-hand man of the CEO and support him in defining strategic priorities and overseeing their implementation
• Be responsible for the overall responsibility for the people strategy and the HR department of the FUTRUE group, including the subsidiaries
• Lead the central HR team and continuously develop it
• Be responsible for attracting top talents and actively shaping our employer branding
• Be responsible for HR controlling and reporting
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception to implementation
• Advise the management team strategically, prioritize initiatives, prepare decisions, and manage stakeholders
• Analyze complex, often unstructured questions and develop practical, implementable solutions with clear recommendations for action for the management board
