Requirements
- Lead and be responsible for the entire HR department of the FUTRUE Group (> 20 subsidiaries)
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and formats for the recruitment of C-Level and leadership talents
- Design, establish clear, group-wide valid processes and standards and ensure with your team an optimal candidate experience
- Responsible for the HR controlling topics and create comprehensible reporting formats
