Remote Accounting Assistant

FusionTek, a Managed Service Provider with offices in multiple locations, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing essential accounting support, maintaining financial records, and contributing to the company's financial integrity. Requirements

• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in tracking expenses, cost of goods sold & other data entries.
• Verification and organization of accounts payable invoices.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Engage with clients and vendors as needed.
