Power BI Developer

FusionHit is seeking a Power BI Developer to support a Tableau to Power BI migration project, enabling the client's business intelligence infrastructure. The role involves data modeling, dashboard design, and collaboration with BI teams, potentially using Azure and Microsoft Fabric tools. This is a 3-month contract offering the possibility to be extended.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI development with proven work migrating Tableau reports to Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard/report design.
• Hands-on experience working with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric for data pipelines and integration.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work side-by-side with client BI teams.
• Experience providing support, consulting, or mentoring in Power BI best practices and governance.
