Growth Marketing Lead

FusionHit is seeking a Growth Hacker to accelerate their growth by designing, testing, and scaling innovative strategies across marketing, sales, and product channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and has a strong understanding of customer acquisition and digital marketing.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition strategies (paid ads, email, partnerships, content).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools.
• Proven success in lead generation for B2B and B2C environments.
• Excellent analytical mindset, ability to measure ROI, and strong communication skills.
• Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
• Availability for significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
