Fusemachines is a 10+ year old AI company seeking a Director of Product to serve as the operational and cultural anchor for their product organization. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, driving executional excellence, and developing the next generation of product leaders.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven experience leading or mentoring product teams within fast-moving tech organizations
- Strong understanding of modern product practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software products preferred
