Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead backend engineering hiring at Fuse, a fully integrated energy company. The role involves developing tailored sourcing strategies, screening and assessing candidates, and negotiating offers to close top-tier talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Agency background working with trading firms, hedge funds, or HFTs
- Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices
