Job Description
Fuse Energy is a renewable energy startup seeking a Legal Counsel to join its London team. The role focuses on supporting commercial, corporate, and regulatory workstreams, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving product development, and providing legal guidance to various teams. The company is rapidly expanding and building a decentralized energy network.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong grounding in commercial contracts and corporate law
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change
