Job Description
Fuse Energy is building a fully integrated energy company, and we're looking for a Head of Engineering (Platform) to lead the development of our core backend systems and platform infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior software engineer or tech lead
- 5+ years experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience building and operating production-grade systems at scale
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed computing, and cloud infrastructure
- Clear and proactive communication, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Hands-on approach to solving problems and making strategic decisions
