Job Description
Fuse Energy is transforming the energy sector with innovative solutions, investing in data infrastructure. They are seeking a Backend Engineer specializing in data to build robust, scalable data pipelines to support analytics, migrate data from Postgres to Clickhouse, and build data models. The role focuses on domain modelling and ensuring data quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar data-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, especially Postgres.
- Experience designing schemas and building data models.
- Familiarity with DBT or similar transformation frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and testing practices.
